Premier Billing Questions

Many questions come up in regards to the billing policies and procedures for Premier Soccer. Here are a few questions and answers for your information.

  • Q.  Is the autopayment mandatory for Premier players?
  • A.   Yes, all premier players must sign up for the payment plan. The payment plan draws the payment on the 15th of each month. Even if parents would like to pay the balance in full, the process of setting up the payment plan must be followed first, then a secondary payment can be made to pay off the balance.

 

  • Q:  Can I change the date of my autopayment?
  • A:   No, all autopayments are set for the 15th of the month. We are not able to alter this date.



  • Q.  Why is the amount of my payment different from the typical monthly amount due?
  • A.  There are several reasons why your payment may change including: missing a payment, participating in additional tournaments, etc. Our system calculates the monthly amount due by taking the total amount due and dividing it by the number of payments left in the payment plan. 

     
  • Q:  My credit card has expired, how do I update my card?
  • A:   Simply log into your account from the Member Login tab on the home page of the website. Once your member profile page shows up, you will see Account Balances box at the bottom with green Pay Now buttons. Right next to the Pay Now button is a box that says Update Credit Card Number. Click that and enter your new info. The system will make a $1 payment using that card number and log a transaction code. Our Bonzi system doesn't store your credit card numbers for your protection, however it initiates a transaction code affiliated with your card number.

 

  • Q:  I received an email saying my credit card was declined. What do I do?
  • A:   Simply log into your account from the Member Login tab on the home page of the website. Once your member profile page shows up, you will see Account Balances box at the bottom with green Pay Now buttons.  Right next to the Pay Now button is a box that says Update Credit Card Number. Click that and enter your new info. The system will make a $1 payment using that card number and log a transaction code. Our Bonzi system doesn't store your credit card numbers for your protection, however it initiates a transaction code affiliated with your card number which it will use for future payments. After you have updated this information, you will still need to make your payment that is past due. To do that, just click Pay Now and enter the amount due for your monthly payment.


  • REMEMBER: player accounts with a 30 day past due balance will have their player card pulled and will not be able to practice or play in games until the account is brought current.
